With the best energy efficiency for heating and cooling thanks to the new Eco Mode, the Climate Class 8000i offers interesting functions. This includes a 1-2-3-5 hour off timer that switches off automatically after the set time. A dry mode to combat high humidity on hot and humid days. The Plasmacluster technology lets you enjoy clean air at all times. It uses the effect of positive and negative ions to rid the air of unpleasant odors, bacteria and viruses. The “Coanda effect” creates a very pleasant room climate: the cool air is directed along the ceiling and the warm air along the floor - no chance for unpleasant drafts. Thanks to the self-cleaning mode, mold has no chance. The full power mode intervenes extra quickly. At maximum power, cooling or heating occurs particularly quickly. The Silent Outdoor Unit mode ensures the best neighborly conditions; noise emissions in outdoor areas are reduced by up to four dB(A). Cleaning the air conditioner is very easy. Even the inside can be easily cleaned as the flat design of the indoor unit makes it easy to remove parts such as the air grilles. You are always on the safe side thanks to the restart function. Even in the event of a power outage, your air conditioning system won't forget to set it. The Climate 8000i, which can also be controlled via an app, simply offers more comfort and a very good price-performance ratio.
Intelligent motion sensor
The intelligent motion sensor detects the presence of people in the room. The cooled air therefore reaches the person furthest away from the device. If no person is detected within an hour, the indoor unit will reduce its power. The sensor is activated by pressing the ECO button during automatic operation.
Coanda effect
The properties of the Coanda effect are used to guide the cool air flow along the ceiling and the warm air flow along the floor in a controlled manner. This avoids unpleasant drafts. The Coanda effect is always active in Auto mode and can be changed by manual control.
Multispace mode
A unique selling point of the Bosch air conditioning system is the Multi Space mode. With a suitable installation location, several rooms can be cooled at the same time using the Multi Space function. In this mode, the position of the air grilles changes so that the longest possible air flow is created in order to bring several rooms to the desired temperature. In Multi Space mode, the fan speed is increased within the first 15 minutes to create airflow. After 15 minutes, the indoor unit switches back to normal speed.
Plasmacluster - Always enjoy healthy air
Plasmacluster technology uses the effect of positive and negative ions to remove unwanted substances from the air (e.g. bacteria, viruses, unpleasant odors). Plasmacluster easily combats pollutants in the air using ion technology.
Self-cleaning mode
The self-cleaning mode avoids the formation of mold with plasma cluster ions in the indoor unit.
Individually adjustable, worry-free operation
The 1-2-3-5h off timer can be easily set. The air conditioner switches off automatically after the set time. Use the Bosch HomeCom Easy app to easily adjust the temperature remotely.

R32 refrigerant
The air conditioner uses R32 refrigerant, it is the next generation refrigerant. It is a more efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to the currently used R410A. R32 refrigerant-operated devices achieve a more favorable CO2 balance, they have a lower global warming potential and are more efficient in operation. The filling quantities of R32 systems are around 30% lower and achieve higher efficiency, especially in cooling mode.
