Returned, lightly used or display units — fully functional, tested and substantially discounted. Every outlet product is technically inspected by us or by the manufacturer before resale. You get the same shipping and service conditions as for new goods (5–7 day EU shipping, installation by certified HVAC technicians).
What you'll find in this outlet
- Customer returns — unused or briefly used devices from customer withdrawal returns, tested and repackaged where needed
- Display units — showroom or trade-fair samples, sometimes with light cosmetic traces, technically flawless
- Packaging-damaged units — original packaging damaged, product itself unused
- Refurbished by manufacturer — inspected, repaired and with remaining warranty
Warranty & service
All outlet products carry at least 12 months of warranty (statutory rights apply in full). Manufacturer-refurbished items often 24 months. Detailed conditions are listed in every product description.
How much do you save?
Typically 15–40 % off the new price. Cosmetically perfect returns at 15–20 %, display units 20–30 %, deeper-discounted refurbished items up to 40 %.
