Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all European Union member states, excluding islands. If you are located on an island territory, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

Delivery Times

Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Standard delivery within the EU takes an additional 7-10 business days, so most orders arrive within approximately 10-15 business days from the order date.

Special order products and bulky HVAC equipment (heat pumps, multi-split systems, boilers, fireplaces) may require longer processing times. If a delivery is expected to exceed 30 days, we will notify you immediately by email after order confirmation, and you may at any time choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and dimensions. Due to the size and weight of HVAC equipment, shipping rates reflect specialized handling. Free standard delivery is available for orders over €100 within the EU.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable VAT and duties for EU destinations are calculated and collected at checkout — no additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Damages in Transit

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, refuse the delivery or accept it with reservation and contact us at office@jacobwarm.com within 7 days. Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
