The Gree ranges we stock

Airy, Amber, Soyal, Clivia and Pular — wall-mounted split units
Inverter split systems for single rooms, from 9,000 BTU upwards. Energy class, sound level and refrigerant charge differ by model and are listed in the technical data of each unit.

Gree Multi — multi-split systems
One outdoor unit for several indoor units — for homes and offices where more than one room needs conditioning.

Gree Versati — air-to-water heat pumps
Heat pumps for heating and hot water, some with an integrated tank. Eligible under KfW programme 458 — the size of the grant depends on the programme conditions.

Gree Daisy — dehumidifier
For damp cellars, laundry rooms and after water damage.

Refrigerants

Most Gree units in our range use R-32; one model runs on the natural refrigerant R-290. Which refrigerant a unit contains, and how much, is stated in its technical data.

Delivery & Installation

Shipping within the EU is free — unfortunately we cannot deliver to islands. Items in stock usually arrive in approx. 4–6 business days, otherwise approx. 4–8 business days. For units containing F-gas, the delivery time starts once we receive the certified-installer documents. Split air conditioners and heat pumps must be installed by a certified refrigeration company — please commission a company of your choice. Questions about a unit? FAQ

Which Gree model for a single room?
For well-insulated rooms up to about 30 m², a 9,000 or 12,000 BTU unit from the Airy, Amber or Soyal range is usually the right size. The manufacturer's recommended room size is stated on each product page.

Do I need a specialist company for installation?
Yes, for split units and heat pumps this is required by law (EU F-gas regulation). Dehumidifiers are plug-and-play and need no installation.

How is the warranty handled?
All units carry the statutory two-year warranty of conformity. Manufacturer guarantees may go beyond that — their terms are set by the manufacturer; ask us and we will tell you what applies to the specific model.
