For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time counts from receipt of the certified-installer documents.
Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Komplettes Split-System: 1 Außengerät + 1 Kanal-Innengerät zum Einbau in die Zwischendecke enthalten. Installation durch F-Gas-zertifizierten Techniker erforderlich.
Rechtliche Hinweise — Installation & F-Gas-Verordnung
Fluorierte Treibhausgase: Dieses Gerät enthält das Kältemittel R-410A mit einem Treibhauspotenzial von GWP 2088. Typ, Füllmenge und CO₂-Äquivalent entnehmen Sie dem Produktdatenblatt. Installation, Wartung und Entsorgung müssen gemäß F-Gas-Verordnung (EU) 517/2014 (in der durch (EU) 2024/573 geänderten Fassung) durch einen zertifizierten Kältetechniker erfolgen.
Deutschland: Die Installation ist gemäß Chemikalien-Klimaschutzverordnung (ChemKlimaschutzV § 5) ausschließlich Personen mit gültigem F-Gas-Sachkundenachweis vorbehalten.
Österreich: Es gilt die HFKW-Verordnung (BGBl. II Nr. 139/2023).
Eigeninstallation: Eine eigenständige Installation ist nicht zulässig. Auf Anfrage vermitteln wir Ihnen einen zertifizierten F-Gas-Installateur in Ihrer Region.
