Fluorinated greenhouse gases: This unit contains the refrigerant R-32 (GWP 675 as stated by the manufacturer — refrigerant type, charge and CO₂ equivalent in the product data sheet). Installation, maintenance and disposal must be carried out by a certified technician in accordance with EU Regulation 517/2014 (revised by Regulation (EU) 2024/573). For customers in the United Kingdom, the UK F-Gas Regulations 2015 (as retained EU law) apply equivalently.
Installation: Self-installation is not permitted. Installation is carried out by a certified contractor of your choice.

Do I need a certified technician for installation?
Yes — split air conditioners with fluorinated refrigerant must be installed by a certified F-Gas technician (EU Regulation 517/2014). Self-installation is not permitted. Installation is carried out by a certified contractor of your choice.
What warranty is included?
In addition to the statutory legal guarantee, the manufacturer’s warranty applies to the unit in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms, provided installation is carried out by a certified F-Gas technician. Detailed warranty conditions are in the product datasheet.
What do SEER and SCOP mean?
SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is the seasonal cooling efficiency — higher is better. SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is the seasonal heating efficiency. SEER ≥ 6.0 and SCOP ≥ 4.0 are considered very good for residential split air conditioners.
