Shipping within the EU is free from €100 order value — below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout; unfortunately we cannot deliver to islands.
Delivery time: items in stock usually arrive in approx. 4–6 business days; otherwise approx. 4–8 business days, for Bosch units currently approx. 8–11 business days. For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time counts from receipt of the certified-installer documents.
Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Old appliances do not belong in household waste (crossed-out wheelie bin symbol). They contain recyclable and sometimes hazardous materials — separate collection protects health and the environment.

The stove meets the latest "ECODESIGN" conditions for use and after 2022.
Model with BIMSCHV II approval for Germany.

Fuel: wood, coal.
The combustion chamber is reinforced with fireproof bricks, which accumulate heat and increase the burning temperature.
Achieving the desired power depends on:
- The chosen fuel with the necessary calorific value and moisture;
- Subsequent ignition and refueling;
- Regulation of primary and secondary air;
- Regulation of chimney draft;
- Effective air exchange, etc.
The door of the combustion chamber is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic glass.
