Why a flat water heater?
The Tronic 3500 Flat is only ~26 cm deep — slim enough for kitchen recesses, hallway cupboards or above the washing machine. Same heating output as a round water heater with 30 % less depth.
Who is the 50 l version for?
The 50 l Tronic 3500 Flat is suitable for 1–2-person households. As a point-of-use supply in the kitchen, 50 l is typical; for a family bathroom, 80 l or 100 l.
What is a “dry heating element”?
A dry heating element sits in a sealed sleeve and never touches the water. The result: no limescale on the element, a longer service life, and the element can be replaced without draining the tank.
How is the tank protected against corrosion?
Glass-enamelled steel tank with a magnesium sacrificial anode. Check the anode every 2–3 years (sooner with hard water) and replace it when worn.
How long is the warranty?
Bosch provides 5 years on the tank and 2 years on the electrical components — with professional installation and anode maintenance.
