Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Fluorierte Treibhausgase: Dieses Gerät enthält das Kältemittel R-410A mit einem Treibhauspotenzial von GWP 2088. Typ, Füllmenge und CO₂-Äquivalent entnehmen Sie dem Produktdatenblatt. Installation, Wartung, Instandhaltung und Entsorgung dürfen nach der F-Gas-Verordnung (EU) 2024/573 nur durch zertifiziertes Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Deutschland: Nach § 6 Abs. 1 ChemKlimaschutzV dürfen wir das Gerät nur an Käufer liefern, die den Einbau durch einen sachkundigen Fachbetrieb nachweisen. Nach dem Kauf erhalten Sie von uns ein kurzes Formular für diesen Nachweis; der Versand erfolgt nach Eingang des Nachweises.
Eigeninstallation: Eine eigenständige Installation ist nicht zulässig. Bitte beauftragen Sie einen zertifizierten Kälte-Fachbetrieb.
