Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Fluorinated greenhouse gases: This appliance contains the refrigerant R-32 (GWP 675 as stated by the manufacturer — refrigerant type, charge and CO₂ equivalent in the product data sheet). Installation, servicing and disposal must be carried out by a certified refrigeration technician in accordance with the F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573 (which replaced Regulation (EU) 517/2014).
Germany: Installation is reserved exclusively for persons holding a valid F-Gas certificate of competence under the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV § 5).
Austria: The HFC Regulation (Federal Law Gazette II No. 139/2023) applies.
Self-installation: Self-installation is not permitted. On request, we can arrange a certified F-Gas installer in your region.
