Shipping within the EU is free from €100 order value — below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout; unfortunately we cannot deliver to islands.

Delivery time: items in stock usually arrive in approx. 4–6 business days; otherwise approx. 4–8 business days, for Bosch units currently approx. 8–11 business days. For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time counts from receipt of the certified-installer documents.

Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Warranty & invoice

You buy original goods with the full manufacturer warranty. Every order comes with an invoice showing VAT.

Withdrawal & returns

When you buy a new appliance of the same type, we take back your old electrical appliance free of charge. We ask you about this in the cart — for freight deliveries we coordinate collection or return with you.

Old appliances do not belong in household waste (crossed-out wheelie bin symbol). They contain recyclable and sometimes hazardous materials — separate collection protects health and the environment.

  • CLB SA23 wall bracket 500×600 mm up to 150 kg (2 pcs.)
  • CLD TA31+DA31 condensate tray complete with bracket
