Shipping within the EU is free from €100 order value — below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout; unfortunately we cannot deliver to islands.

Delivery time: items in stock usually arrive in approx. 4–6 business days; otherwise approx. 4–8 business days; Bosch and Prity units that are not in stock take approx. 2 weeks. For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time starts when you send us the certified-installer documents.

Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Warranty & invoice

You buy original goods with the full manufacturer warranty. Every order comes with an invoice showing VAT.

Withdrawal & returns

Old appliance take-back (§ 17 ElektroG)

When you buy a new appliance of the same type, we take back your old electrical appliance free of charge. We ask you about this in the cart — for freight deliveries we coordinate collection or return with you.

Old appliances do not belong in household waste (crossed-out wheelie bin symbol). They contain recyclable and sometimes hazardous materials — separate collection protects health and the environment.

Suitable for: split air conditioners up to approx. 3.5 kW (9,000–12,000 BTU) with 1/4" + 3/8" connections. Not suitable for 18,000 BTU / 5–6 kW units (e.g. Bosch Climate 7000i 53, Toshiba Shorai Edge 22), which require a 1/4" + 1/2" line – please check the connection sizes in your unit’s data sheet before ordering.

XL Set 10m – maximum reach for complex installations

This complete set contains all the essential components for a professional air conditioner installation with up to 10 m of line length. Ideal for larger distances between the indoor and outdoor unit.

  • Refrigerant line 1/4" + 3/8", insulated, 10 m
  • CLB SA23 wall bracket 500×600 mm up to 150 kg (2 pcs.)
  • CLD TA31+DA31 condensate tray complete with bracket
  • PVC condensate hose 5/8", 5 m
  • MHT vibration damper 60 kg (4 pcs.)

Note: Installation must be carried out by a certified F-Gas specialist company.
