Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Installation, maintenance and disposal must be carried out by a certified technician in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/573 (successor of Regulation (EU) 517/2014).
Installation: Self-installation is not permitted. On request we can arrange a certified F-Gas installer in your region.
