Allergen-Deactivating System
The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SRK20ZS-WFT / SRC20ZS-W inverter air conditioner features two filters and a self-cleaning function to maintain a healthy indoor environment. The allergen-deactivating filter completely destroys pollen, parasites and allergens in pet hair. It also neutralises bacteria, moulds and viruses — even if they detach from the filter, they have already been deactivated.
The photocatalytic deodorising filter protects against unpleasant odours, and the self-cleaning function prevents moisture from being trapped inside the air conditioner. As a result, the air in the room is always clean and fresh.
Full Airflow Control with 3D AUTO
With one button press you activate the programmed 3D AUTO airflow distribution. It performs three independent airflow controls, so the air is evenly distributed, quiet and reaches every corner of the room. Economical operation is achieved and energy losses are minimised. For customers in the United Kingdom, the UK F-Gas Regulations 2015 (as retained EU law) apply equivalently.
Installation: Self-installation is not permitted. On request we can arrange a certified F-Gas installer in your region.

A rough rule is ~600 BTU per m² for standard insulation. For sun-facing or top-floor rooms add 15–20 %. Our team is happy to advise.
Do I need a certified technician for installation?
Yes — split air conditioners with fluorinated refrigerant must be installed by a certified F-Gas technician (EU Regulation 517/2014). Self-installation is not permitted. We can arrange a qualified installer in your region.
What warranty is included?
Standard manufacturer warranty is 36 months on the unit, provided installation is carried out by a certified F-Gas technician. Detailed warranty conditions are in the product datasheet.
What do SEER and SCOP mean?
SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is the seasonal cooling efficiency — higher is better. SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is the seasonal heating efficiency. SEER ≥ 6.0 and SCOP ≥ 4.0 are considered very good for residential split air conditioners.
