Delivery time: items in stock usually arrive in approx. 4–6 business days; otherwise approx. 4–8 business days, for Bosch units currently approx. 8–11 business days. For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time counts from receipt of the certified-installer documents.
Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.

Fluorinated greenhouse gases: This unit contains the refrigerant R-32 (GWP 675 as stated by the manufacturer — refrigerant type, charge and CO₂ equivalent in the product data sheet). Installation, maintenance and disposal must be carried out by a certified technician in accordance with EU Regulation 517/2014 (revised by Regulation (EU) 2024/573). For customers in the United Kingdom, the UK F-Gas Regulations 2015 (as retained EU law) apply equivalently.
Installation: Self-installation is not permitted. On request we can arrange a certified F-Gas installer in your region.

How do I choose the right BTU size for my room?
The key figure is the manufacturer’s recommended room size for this unit — you will find it in the product’s technical data. For sun-facing or top-floor rooms, we recommend the next larger capacity class. Our team is happy to advise.
Do I need a certified technician for installation?
Yes — split air conditioners with fluorinated refrigerant must be installed by a certified F-Gas technician (EU Regulation 517/2014). Self-installation is not permitted. We can arrange a qualified installer in your region.
What warranty is included?
Standard manufacturer warranty is 36 months on the unit, provided installation is carried out by a certified F-Gas technician. Detailed warranty conditions are in the product datasheet.
What do SEER and SCOP mean?
SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is the seasonal cooling efficiency — higher is better. SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is the seasonal heating efficiency. SEER ≥ 6.0 and SCOP ≥ 4.0 are considered very good for residential split air conditioners.
