For split air conditioners and heat pumps containing F-gas, the delivery time starts when you send us the certified-installer documents.
Compact units ship as parcels; large split and multi-split units ship by freight carrier with advance phone notice — kerbside delivery. Please check the shipment for visible transport damage on acceptance and note it with the driver.
